Schlammpeitziger!

Don’t ask me what the name means, but to my mind Schlammpeitziger is making some of the most vital electronic music of the past decade or so. No extended drones; just shimmering, mesmerizing, bouncy, ecstatic music produced by one of the members of Mouse on Mars with strong echoes of Krautrock legends Harmonia. Do yourself a favor and check them out. Some of the vinyl pressings are pretty limited which only sheds yet more negative light on the collector soul, but are easily available at very reasonable (i.e. new) prices.
